Exchange & Return Policy

At SIYAH, we want you to love your unstitched fabric. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange. Please read below to understand how it works:

  1. What’s eligible for return or exchange?

    • The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

    • It should not be cut or altered.

    • It must be returned in the original box with all tags still attached.

    • Personalized or custom fabrics can't be returned unless they’re defective.

  2. How to return or exchange?

    • Contact us at +92302563350 within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • You’ll need to cover return shipping, unless the fabric is damaged or faulty.

  3. Exchanges

    • If you want to exchange your fabric for a different color, pattern, or fabric type, just reach out to us. We’ll help you with the exchange if the new item is available.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or faulty fabric, let us know within 7 days. We’ll either send you a replacement or offer a refund.

Please Note: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly ask that you provide clear evidence, such as images or videos, showcasing the issue within 03 days of delivery. This step is mandatory for us to address your concern effectively. Upon receiving your proof, our team will promptly investigate the matter and ensure an appropriate resolution is provided.
